Rental information

Our beach house rents on a weekly basis from Saturday afternoon check in at 3:00 PM or later until the following Saturday check out at 11:00 AM. The rates for this rental season will be $1,695.00 Canadian funds per week, plus the applicable taxes and a $100 cleaning fee. Those making early bookings before April 30, 2007 will have the taxes included in the weekly rate.

 

Reservation policy

It is recommended that you make your reservations as early as possible so as to get the perfect time frame for your PEI vacation. Reservations can be made via e-mail or by telephone and confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit within 10 days of your booking. Your balance will be payable when you check in. Cancellation policy

We understand that things come up that can be out of your control and that your plans may change. If you give 30 days or more notice from your check-in date, your deposit will be fully refundable; however, 20% of the weekly rental rate will be charged for less than 30 days notice. This charge will escalate to 50% of the weekly rate if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the reservation date. Last minute cancellations mean lost opportunities for us as well as others wanting to enjoy our accommodations.
